Will 2011 be the summer when cans become popular...
It seems like more craft brewers than ever are releasing cans of their summer/seasonal beers this year.  While bottles traditionally seem to be the preferred vessel of small batch brewing, one has to wonder if the trend will reach the tipping point in 2011?  For example, local brewery Sixpoint (based in Brooklyn, NY) is releasing their “mini-kegs” just in time for memorial day...
