I’ve been seeing my friends talk about Pizza Beer lately, a brewing company in Illinois, that offers their “Ale brewed with basil, oregano, tomato and garlic”.  I have to admit the combination of flavors sounds terrible, even though I pair pizza and beer frequently enough and have been known to mix tomato juice and lager on occasion.  Still, it’s hard for me to get past this combination known as “Mama Mia! Pizza beer”..
