The so-called “Irish Car Bomb” is a drink made by combining a pint of Guinness with a shot of irish cream liquer, which is dropped directly into the pint glass while still carried inside the shot glass. It’s a drink best consumed by chugging, if only because the cream tends to coagulate the longer it stays in the beer.
