The next beer in Brooklyn Brewery’s ever-evolving Brewmaster’s Reserve series is out this week: Mary’s Maple Porter. You can probably take a good guess about what’s in it, but it’s not just any old maple syrup… it’s maple syrup from brewery Quality Control Manager Mary Wiles’ family maple trees in Onondaga, New York!
